Challenging your body with movement is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Why? If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. The thing is, just as "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy", all work and no play makes your workout dull, too. And if monotony sets in, chances are you won't stick with the program. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, energizing hour of cardio dance, strength training AND FUN, to distract you from the burn, and keep you coming back for more. We want this to be your escape. That precious time of the day that is exclusively for you. Jazzercise is designed to be your happy hour! An hour to be present and positive, and to know that everyone around you is there for the same wonderful reasons...to de-stress, to fitness-up, to hang out with friends and to have fun.

And, while we always want you to have fun, coming to class for a good time, once a week, isn't, on its own, going to produce results. It generally takes a commitment to work hard, 3+ times a week, every week, to be on your way to success. When you are in class, expect to feel a little discomfort. Expect to sweat (especially in milder or more humid weather). Expect your heart rate to climb and breathing to become more challenging. Expect to work hard and, when you do so consistently, expect to see results! Here's the awesome news about us: Jazzercise is a serious workout that is also serious fun! You don't have to choose!
